This really is a special book that is both incredibly insightful regarding the human condition and also totally heartbreaking. It tells the story of lonely man who exists on an island and without any human interaction. With only a goldfish and a dictionary for company he imagines what life is like elsewhere with some brilliant flights of fancy.
